Katy Perry is back from a few days in Europe, and Tuesday she spent part of the day in Times Square, singing from the hood of a Jetta in a pastel rubber-like dress.
Perry sang I Kissed A Girl (and I liked it) and new single California Gurls at the press event, but the hood singing was limited.

29 year old hotel heiress Paris Hilton was recently spotted partying with her new man. Sources say that Paris Hilton is currently dating Las Vegas nightclub mogul Cy Watts. Last weekend it has been revealed that two partied at two of Watts’ Vegas clubs, Pure and LAX.
This was the first time that Hilton and Watts had been seen together out in public. It was also said that the pair partied in the Pure VIP room with Paris’ sister Nikki and her boyfriend David Katzenberg.
Witnesses said that the Hilton Sisters and their boyfriends partied until 4:00 in the morning on June 12. Several of Paris’ friends have said that she is the happiest that she has been in a very long time. They went on to say that they are not seriously dating as of yet and are really just trying to get to know each other alot better.
‘She thinks that he is sweet and she loves the fact that he is a self made wealthy person’ stated a friend of the Hilton Sisters. Nobody knows where this will lead but it is a very good thing as both parties are succesful in their own ways. They simply want to get to know each other better’ stated the friend.
