Kinsey, who is citing irreconcilable differences, has been separated from husband Warren Lieberstein, a writer, since February, 2009. The former couple have one daughter together, Isabel, 2.
Kinsey currently co-stars with Lieberstein's brother, Paul, on The Office.
However, at the time of their separation, a rep for the actress said that the split was amicable, telling Us Weekly, "They continue to be friends."

Every since suffering from a brain hemorrhage on April 21st, he has still been suffering from side effects. V.P. of Michaels Entertainment said, "while Bret may be out on the road and performing, he is still not 100 percent. He still has pain from the chemical meningitis, short term memory loss and gets fatigued quicker than normal," reports People. However, she adds that going back on the road so soon has not hindered him, and that he "simply feels that music is a powerful healer."
We hope that Bret can start to alleviate some of the side effects soon.
