The source says that former "Baywatch" hunk David Hasselhoff is taking to the ballroom to compete on the upcoming season of the hit reality dancing competition show. David's "Dancing" stint comes just one season after his pal — original "Baywatch" babe Pamela Anderson — made her own run at the mirrorball trophy.
The former "America's Got Talent" judge, recently roasted on Comedy Central, will be competing against a host of diverse stars, including a former fellow judge of the Hoff's from the NBC summer talent show.

A man has been arrested at Paris Hilton's home in Los Angeles after she said he was trying to break in while holding two big knives.
Police say she was woken up by the sound of him banging on her windows.
Reports in the US claim she saw him on her CCTV cameras and called for help immediately.
The 29-year-old socialite posted a picture on her Twitter page of the suspect in handcuffs on her lawn, surrounded by police.
She tweeted: "So scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes. Cops are here arresting him."
The Los Angeles police department says the man was arrested at around 6.30am and that his motive is unknown.
He's said to be in his 40s and was caught before he was able to get into the house. Police haven't released a name.

Reportedly, Samantha Ronson and other friends were at her house awaiting her arrival. OK! reports that a friend of Lindsay's said that she intends to stay in tonight.

Despite reports over the weekend, Jolie will not act in the film. According to GK Films' press release, the untitled film's cast will be comprised solely of "various ethnicities of the former Yugoslavia."
The Oscar-winning star and mother of six will also serve as producer on the film, which she described as "a love story, not a political statement," in a statement issued by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), for which she's goodwill ambassador. "I would like to involve as many local people as possible and learn as much as I can."

According to Radar, the “Touch My Body” babe is four months pregnant, though she and her husband Nick Cannon are opting not to discuss their impending parenthood in the press.
Earlier this week, Nick shared, "I've said it before and I'll say it time and time again -- when my wife feels like talking about whatever she wants to talk about, you will hear it directly from her," during a radio interview.
A source close to Cannon told press, “Nick has been telling friends how excited he is to be a dad.” As for Mariah, the source added, “She definitely wanted to get pregnant. She’s very excited. She wants to wait as close to full term as possible before going public with the news to her fans.”
