The sisters Kardashian were on 'Late Show' (Weeknights, 11:35PM ET on CBS) after wrapping another successful run of their own show with Kim's engagement to Kris Humphries. But it was the x-rays, perhaps, that was David Letterman was the most intrigued by.
He also seemed either confused as to how x-rays worked, or just wanting to talk more about Kim's butt, because he asked her if the procedure hurt.
Kourtney explained that they had x-rayed Kim's butt to prove that there were no implants. As a point of comparison, Kourtney had her breasts x-rayed, because she does have implants.
"Thank God you had the courage to come forward," Letterman said to her. He then pulled out Kim's x-ray, which showed no implants of any kind.

Kylie Minogue also attended the 2011 GQ Men Of The Year Awards in London tonight.
The petite singer went for a signature sexy look in a lingerie-inspired Dolce & Gabbana lace and satin bustier dress from the Fall 2011 collection.
She accessorized with Dolce & Gabbana leopard print peep-toe heels and diamond Bvlgari jewelry, including a necklace with a star-shaped charm, diamond bracelet and cocktail ring.
Kylie styled her hair in soft, seductive curls and opted for sexy black eyeliner.
Charlize Theron added some Hollywood glamour to the cold and wet red carpet at the 2011 GQ Men Of The Year Awards in London tonight.
The South African blonde beauty wore a Roland Mouret Fall 2011 ensemble.
Her look included a lilac Roland Mouret ‘Squeers’ carre top with Roland Mouret ‘Durbyfield’ houndstooth wide-leg pants.
Charlize opted for a less fussy neckline as she wore her top as a simple v-neck.
She also decided against the black ribbon belt for the pants.
Her accessories included a silver metal clutch and black embellished Jimmy Choo sandals.
Pixie Lott definitely stole the show by teaming some bang on trend patent lace-up boots and a velvet clutch with her LBD. Along with her new haircut, she looked stunning!
