Heroes star Ali Larter gave her super powers a rest during an afternoon at Malibu beach yesterday.
Ali, who plays Niki Sanders in the hit series, frolicked on the sand in a black string bikini, accompanied by her fiancé actor Hayes MacArthur.

Ali Larter is the cover girl for next months Allure magazine. The beautiful blonde took some very sexy photos in white bathing suit, which she generously reveals her breasts. In the interview, Ali reveals that despite her killer looks, she still has insecurities. Being that a lot of her job is based on looks she feels that is part of her insecurity. She says her fiancé tells her she suffers from “Hot Girl Syndrome.” She explains,
“I think that’s where insecurity comes from, because it starts with being celebrated for the way you look… and it’s weird that it’s something you did nothing to get.”
She said: "When I was shooting a movie once, the faxes went out from the producers and the director to my agents to my manager to call me and ask me to lose weight."
"I just remember sitting in my trailer hysterically crying from the embarrassment I felt about myself, my body - and that no one could talk to me directly."
"I'm an indulger, but then I have to be good. When I'm in really good shape, I like my butt. It's juicy."

On her style: “I like my clothes to be able to take on my mood rather than tell me my mood. When something looks great on me, I don’t even question it. I just buy it, because who knows when I’ll find the next just-right thing?”

She says, "Now that I'm in my 30s, it's become even more important for me to take care of myself," adds the actress, who runs two to three miles four times a week through the Hollywood Hills — rain or shine.

During an interview with a US fitness magazine, Larter said she was “honoured” but she thinks that singer Nick Lachey’s girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo deserves the title and Lauren Hutton who, at 64, is nearly a pensioner.
Larter says: “I’m honored, but you better not look too close [at my body].
“Honestly, sexy isn’t just about good looks. Sexy is a beautiful laugh, a great sense of humour and self-assurance.
“If I were voting, I’d say Vanessa Minnillo has the sexiest body.
“She always looks voluptuous and gorgeous when she’s photographed on the beach or by a pool wearing a bikini.
“But I also love Lauren Hutton. She’s a self-confident woman who can sit next to the president of the United States one day and then go drinking with her motorcycle buddies the next.
“Now that’s really sexy.”
Larter, who plays Niki Sanders in hit TV series Heroes, is featured on the cover of the March edition of Shape magazine.
Dressed in a pink, crochet, string bikini the cover girl tells readers inside that she has “never been happier than I am right now.”
“I think you look more youthful when you’re happy,” Larter says. “I’m finally comfortable in my own skin.”
She then shares the eight fitness and beauty tips that have helped her to get to that point in her life.
Some of her tips are no surprise - exercise and moderate eating - but other revelations prove that she didn’t follow the Hollywood treadmill to success.

Heroes star Ali Larter and her longtime boyfriend, actor Hayes MacArthur, got engaged over the weekend
"It's true," says a rep for the actress. "They're thrilled."
This will be the first marriage for both. No wedding date has been set.
Larter, 31, has made it clear she has been more than ready for a proposal from MacArthur, who recently appeared in The Game Plan.
"I told my boyfriend after three weeks that I wanted to marry him and that we could do it tomorrow," Larter recently said. "I look forward to that time when I'm home with babies."
And in August, Larter she was madly in love, adding that MacArthur has "brought light to my life. I feel lucky every morning when I wake up and see him."
