She tells the magazine that her "Gossip Girl" character Serena's revealing get-ups are not all that different than her own.
"I can snap into Serena very easily," she said. "The way I dress as Serena is pretty much the way I dress as me. I'm living in New York City, shooting in New York City. I'm in a comfort zone."

Blake Lively exposed their sexy sides while attending the New York premiere of drama thriller "Sherlock Holmes". The Serena van der Woodsen of "Gossip Girl" was seen donning a short black dress.
Hitting the black carpet, 22-year-old Blake revealed lots of her skins in a Dolce & Gabbana strapless black lace bodysuit-style dress with a sheer skirt. On the special night, she was accompanied by her on-and-off-screen boyfriend Penn Badgley.

Blonde bombshell, Blake Lively of CW’s Gossip Girl transformed herself into a brunette hoochie mamma to do a very funny SNL (Saturday Night Live) skit (below) with Kenan Thompson the other night. It also displayed Blake’s surprising booty shaking dance skills.
The skit features Blake Lively looking at skirts in a department store,talking with a ghetto fab accent. Then Kenan walks in,playing the mother. They start yelling at a mannequin. The Kenan accuses the store clerk of hitting on him.
Blake picks up a skirt she likes,and Kenan said that would be perfect for her booty dance. Then Blake gets into position. Kenan says, “Booty go round and round.”, Blake says, ” Say What?” Then she started doing the booty dance. She really knew how to shake it too.
The skit ends on a very funny note. Kenan hops up on a table and makes sexual gestures to the clerk in order to repel him enough to give him a free skirt. Kenan ends it by saying, “I can back it up. I can back it up.”
Blake Lively mocked Tiger Woods' recent troubles as she hosted Saturday Night Live over the weekend.
The Gossip Girl star played the golfer's wife Elin in a skit which saw her appear alongside her husband at a press conference.
The five minute segment began with Woods, played by actor Keenan Thompson, apologising to the media for his “multiple transgressions”.
But the golfer's comments upset his wife, who asked him: "Multiple? So it happened more than once?"
The scene then cut away to a news studio before rejoining a now injured Woods holding another press conference outside his Florida home.
The skit continued until Lively's Elin chased Woods from the press conference in a rage.
The sketch, which drew huge applause from the studio audience, comes amid growing speculation about Woods' private life.
Over the weekend, a further three women were alleged to have had an affair with Woods – bringing the total of women linked to him to six.
The golfer married Elin in 2004. The couple have two young children.

Blake Lively visited Jimmy Fallon Monday night to address some of the Internet rumors swirling about her. Turns out, most of them are true.
She does tend to break into riverdance jigs, and demonstrated despite initial protests about her dress being too short. And she can recite 'Waiting for Guffman' by heart.
When they got to the last rumor, Blake had to clarify what 'credit card swiping' her friends meant.
"Like in the butt," she said. "Nobody does that here?" Fallon was still confused, so she suggested a reenactment.
"My dress is too short!" Fallon cried before bending over in submission.
"Like Julianne Moore in 'Pippa,'" Blake said, referencing her upcoming S&M themed movie, as she gave him a swipe.

Blake Lively set cameras flashing as she attended the screening for The Private Lives of Pippa Lee in New York last night.
The 22-year-old actress dazzled on the red carpet in a revealing white jacket and black mini-skirt.
The Gossip Girl star arrived alone for the screening but was later spotted walking with co-star and boyfriend Penn Badgely to the after-show party at the ACE Hotel.

Blake Lively’s Marie Claire cover is just one of many magazines the Gossip Girl has appeared on this year. I mean she is everywhere!
The cover features her in a Bottega Veneta bikini and pink sweater that is a bit Mr. Rogers-ish, but she pulls it off quite nicely. The young star has been all over the press lately, and at 22, she seems unstoppable. There may be a few things you’d be surprised to find out about her—the interview with MC is actually very revealing.
Here are a couple of snippets from the interview:
On what it was like to work with Maria Bello on her new film: “I was honestly terrified. I hadn’t slept that much, and all I wanted that day was for Maria to say, “Wow, great job.” And when she didn’t say anything to me, I thought, Oh, my gosh, I’m terrible. She hates it. She’s calling her agent, saying, “What have you gotten me into?”
On her real life vs. the character’s she portrays: “As a character, I get to be this wild, outgoing person that I’m so not. I think it all comes from being the youngest of five. I was always observing my siblings and hearing stories about their lives that turned out to be helpful as an actress.”
On the little known fact that she is actually a “Southern girl”: “I grew up in L.A., but I was the only one in my family born there. I have a tight-knit Southern family, so whenever I tell people I’m from L.A., they say, “Yeah, but you don’t count,” I guess because of the Southern values I was raised with, and the way I eat—the more sugary and cheesy and fried, the better.”
On jumping from school to school as a girl: “…When I was only 3 years old, my mom enrolled me in the first grade. My older brother was supposed to start school, but he didn’t want to go alone, so my mom told them I was 6 since I was so tall. But after a few weeks, they said they would have to put me in mentally disabled classes because I wasn’t up to pace with the rest of the kids. They thought that I was slow because all I wanted to do was sleep while the other kids were doing their projects. [laughs] So my mom took me out of school.”
She’s never one to miss out on a swanky industry event, and last night (November 4) Blake Lively was spotted arriving at the Chanel Fall Gala.
The “Gossip Girl” actress looked marvelous as she posed for the paparazzi outside the Four Season Restaurant in Manhattan, sporting a sleek black dress with a blingy necklace and black heels.

Gossip Girl Blake Lively’s Nylon Magazine cover is on news stands now. In the issue, she gives an insightful glimpse into what it’s like to be a young starlet.
On the cover, her face is slightly inquisitive with mouth partially open, and eyes that seem curious. At just 22, Lively has a lot on her plate, but that doesn’t stop her from goofing around with friends.
She told the mag: “I [credit-card] swipe my friends with, like, my phone or something, - I slide it in their butts. Like in middle school! You say ‘Visa! Mastercard!’ Just to give somebody a jump. I’m a prankster.”
When asked whether or not she has anything in common with her character on GG, she said: “No, because I dress just like Serena! I own half her wardrobe, so it’s far too similar to the way I dress. I feel ridiculous at times with her – because I’m, you know, killing someone or marrying someone, but I look like me. I’m like, ‘Oh, this is absurd.’”
About what it was like filming her new movie The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, she said: “I had a leash around my neck, and Julianne Moore was taking pictures. I thought, What am I doing with my life? What is happening? How is this a good idea?”
