The Czech beauty is four months pregnant with her second child with partner Gregorio Marsiaj. The new baby, due next spring, will join big brother George, 3.
"Gregorio and I are thrilled with the wonderful news," Herzigová tells PEOPLE exclusively. "Our son George is being really sweet, asking all different questions about the baby and talking to my belly."
