The animal rights organizations tells us it was offered some of Clooney's perspiration, apparently taken from a gym towel in Washington, D.C. The org's president, Ingrid Newkirk, even sent a letter to the actor, asking for his blessing. "We believe CloFu would be delicious on its own or served over rice with a light soy sauce and sautéed collards, in a casserole with melted vegan cheese and olives, or perhaps pressed with vegan pesto in a Panini," says PETA PR gal Amanda Schinke.
In her letter, Newkirk tells Clooney the idea amuses them, and they hope it will amuse him too. "We could…give the tofu away. Of course, your fans would swoon at the idea of eating CloFu, but what interests us most is that we would attract many people who don't try tofu because they worry that it would be bland or that they wouldn't know how to cook it. CloFu will help people be healthier and more environmentally friendly and will spare animals from being killed for the table." She then explains the science of using human odor profile samples – gas chromatography – and that's it's "no different than making artificial chicken flavor for instant gravy." (Only chicken tastes, uh, good, at least in our humble opinion.)
"They could evaluate your sample and quantify the various odors in order to replicate them and use them to flavor batches of bean curd," Newkirk tells Clooney. "We hope this idea meets with your approval."

"He's still out there with his usual assortment of Hollywood eye-candy hanging from his arm," a source told The Enquirer. "But George insists those days could be coming to an end if Fatima wants to take their relationship to the next level and spend some serious time with him in the U.S.
George and Fatima - who lives with her stepmother and half brother in a plush suburb of Karachi - met at an international conference last year."

She probably auditioned for Fear Factor, but didn't make the cut due to her overwhelming fear of Madagasgar Hissing Cockroaches.

The delightful young lass answered questions about whether or not Paris did in fact hook up with George Clooney by saying, "Actually, I was there with George Clooney. He's just, you know, not my type. He doesn't keep up with my wit, so I let Paris walk out with him instead."

"George Clooney rang me at two in the morning," Hugh Jackman told People Monday at the "Australia" premiere in New York City.
"I was half asleep and I said to him, 'Ah, George sweetie, good to hear from you.' He goes, 'Shut up, Jackman!'" the Aussie actor recounted with a laugh.
But George apparently was not going to let Hugh off the hook before having a little fun with him.
"[He said,] 'I know what you did! You started this big campaign that's been going on and [you] took the title away from me,'" Hugh continued.
"I thought that was unnecessary," Hugh reportedly deadpanned.

The actor issued a statement on Tuesday night, debunking a story out of Britain, claiming the "Ocean's Thirteen" star has been advising the presidential hopeful on policy issues.
"I have never texted or emailed Senator Obama," Clooney said in a statement to Access Hollywood. "And I'll offer a million dollars to anyone who could prove otherwise."
Clooney's statement was issued as a result of a story that appeared in Monday's Daily Mail newspaper, claiming he gave his "good friend Obama" advice on a host of issues.
Sources the paper described as "Democratic Party insiders" claimed the two were more than casual acquaintances.
"They are extremely close. A number of members of the Hollywood community, including Brad Pitt, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, offered to help raise funds for Barack but it was with George that he struck up this amazing affinity," the source claimed in the Mail. "‘George has been giving him advice on things such as presentation, public speaking and body language and he also emails him constantly about policy, especially the Middle East.
Clooney refuted the story, noting he has had very little contact with Obama recently.
"I’ve only talked to the Senator once in the last year and a half… on the phone. I’ve spent more time with Senator McCain (he did my TV show) then I have with Senator Obama," Clooney’s statement continued. "I would hope that my friend John McCain would join me in condemning this kind of politics. Although I support Senator Obama I would never be dumb enough to offer policy advice to either candidate. They seem to be doing fine without me."
Ben LaBolt, a spokesperson for Obama also criticized the article, telling Fox News it was "an inaccurate report."

"George is a great guy, a wonderful person," the former Fear Factor winner tells Britain's Hello! magazine in what is billed as her first interview since she and the star split.
"I don't regret spending time with him," says Larson. "We still remain friends and have kept in touch. In fact, we spoke over the phone a couple of days ago."
As for what she's taken away from the one-year relationship, Larson says, "Most people know George has a great sense of humor and is an adept storyteller. But I will always love his extraordinary dance moves."

Our source claims Clooney "has been dating a woman in her mid-30s" for months now, even before he split with Larson.
The source also claims Clooney knew he was going to leave Larson months ago, and let her do interviews and some modeling to "get her a career" before the split.
Larson also got some new breasts. A rep for Clooney, who's vacationing at his house in Lake Como, said, "How does one as public as George secretly date anyone?"

George Clooney dumped Sarah Larson because she had a boob job.
The 'Ocean's Eleven' actor - who split from former Las Vegas cocktail waitress Sarah last month after a year of dating - was unimpressed after the 29-year-old beauty ignored his advice and had her breasts surgically enhanced.
A source revealed to In Touch Weekly magazine: "George really didn't want her to get the boob job. Although she asked George if she could do her recovery at his house and he agreed."
Sarah is said to love her new assets and is considering posing naked for adult magazine Playboy.
The source added: "She likes her new body so much that she would consider posing for Playboy. Now that she's famous, she would never go back to waitressing."
It was also reported Sarah only discovered 47-year-old George had ended their relationship when she read about it.
A source close to the couple said: "They had a huge fight and he left the house. Sarah read that they'd broken up and freaked out because George hadn't told her anything. He had to explain himself because she found out at the same time as the rest of the world."

George Clooney has made friends with David and Victoria Beckham on a flight across America.
According to The Mirror, the actor joined the couple on Giorgio Armani's private jet on the way to the Metropolitan Museum's Costume Institute Gala.
They all reportedly drank Cristal champagne and Clooney apparently enjoyed Victoria's "sense of humour".
"George was only recently introduced to the Beckhams but they hit it off straight away," said a source.
"He totally digs Victoria's dry, very British sense of humour and gets her jokes, which a lot of Americans don't.
"They went out for dinner the evening before their flight but the trio really bonded on the plane, swapping gossip and doing hilarious impressions."
