Howard Stern, whose half-billion dollar contract with Sirius XM ends Dec. 31, lashed out at his boss during this morning's show following reports that Sirius XM executive David Frear had suggested a paycut was in order.

"I am not taking a f—ing pay-cut," Stern said, according to The Wrap. "Why would I have to take a pay-cut? … Who is this guy to say this in public?" Stern went on to say, "know what I have done in this company. I am more important than Oprah, in this company anyway. Oprah’s out getting the Kennedy Center honor and I’ve got the CFO announcing to Wall Street that I have to take a pay-cut."

Howard Stern says he'll gladly replace Simon Cowell on American Idol – for $100 million.

As reports circulate that Stern is being considered as Simon’s replacement next season, the King of All Media addressed the situation on his satellite radio show Monday.

"They'd have to pay me a ton of dough because I already make a ton of dough," Stern said, adding that judging Idol is the best job on the planet. (Of course he said it in his own inimitable fashion, calling the show a "(bleeping) karaoke contest."

There has been much speculation lately that Stern will leave Sirius. With Idol in turmoil putting Stern together with Fox's hit show seems like a great idea to many.

"Yeah I would do that show for $100 million," Stern said on air Monday.

Radio host Howard Stern formalized his relationship with model Beth Ostrosky in a wedding ceremony held in New York City last Friday.

The ceremony was held at Manhattan's Le Cirque restaurant and the exquisite menu included tuna tataki, scrambled eggs with white truffles and striped bass with caviar, washed down with wine and champagne according to the Associated Press.

"I can't wait to marry Howard...I know, everyone laughs!" Ostrosky told Newsday the day before the wedding.

Stern and Ostrosky's ceremony was officiated by actor Mark Consuelos and attended by 180 guest including Joan Rivers, Barbara Walters, Billy Joel, Steve Schirripa, Chevy Chase, Tommy Mottola and Donald and Melania Trump.

The couple's wedding came as a surprise considering Stern had previously said that a marriage could ruin their relationship.

Back in 2006, Stern said both were very happy and it was a nice feeling they were getting along great, but that he didn't want to "f- it up."

But a year later things changed when Stern said during his radio show that he surprised Ostrosky with an engagement ring in while they were together in bed.

Dolly Parton says she's "completely devastated" by a segment on Howard Stern's radio show that features her voice making racist and sexually vulgar comments.

She says the show edited her voice to make it appear she was saying rude things about Kenny Rogers, Linda Ronstadt, Burt Reynolds and Johnny Carson. Parton says she's "never been so shocked, hurt and humiliated" in all her life.

She says, "In a blue million years, I would never have such vulgar things come out of my mouth." The segment aired May 6th. Parton may sue. She says, "If there was ever going to be a lawsuit, it's going to be over this."

Bragging about all the girls he has slept with.

There's a new blab king in town! "That '70s Show" star Wilmer Valderrama is bragging about all the girls he has laid to Howard Stern the other morning. Valderrama is claiming he took Mandy Moore's virginity and slept with Jennifer Love Hewitt, according to NY Post. He boasted about even dating Lindsay Lohan! Valderrama seems to get off on telling Stern about his wild sex life.
"taking Mandy Moore's virginity was good . . . real good."
He's even gone as low as rating the girls on a scale "1 to 10". Wilmer rated Jennifer Love Hewitt as an "8"! He told Stern he fantasizes about screwing Angelina Jolie.
Stern asked him, "So, of all of these girls we've mentioned . . . did you ever have kinky sex with them?"

The egotistic jerk Valderrama only reply was:
"Yes . . . Yes, I told you, Howard, I don't want to lie to my fans," according to NY Post.

What a load of (beep beep)...!

Stern feels screwed!

Ribald U.S. radio host Howard Stern, said on Tuesday CBS chief Les Moonves, is pursuing a personal vendetta against him because the network's radio profits have plunged since Howard's left to join satellite radio.

"I'm offended. I really do think this is a personal vendetta. Les has had it in for me for a long time. I don't deserve it," Stern told a news conference.

The New York Post reported there suing Stern for $500 million.
