The Playmate twins Hugh Hefner was dating when he first met his former fiancee Crystal Harris have moved back into the Playboy Mansion to help the publisher get over his split.
Harris ended her engagement to Hef earlier this week - just days before she was due to become Mrs. Hefner at a lavish wedding.
She moved out of the mansion and now twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon have taken up residence.
The sibling models were regulars there throughout 2008 when they were dating the Hefner.
The twins have confirmed the move to TMZ.com.

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said Monday a final $900,000 donation by Playboy founder Hugh Hefner completed the $12.5 million fundraising drive to protect the 138 acres behind the famous sign.
The governor praised the public and private partnership in raising the money to keep the property out of hands of developers. The Trust for Public Land conservation group raised $6.7 million in private funds, the state raised $3.1 million and local funds provided $2.7 million.
Hefner, who calls the sign "Hollywood's Eiffel Tower," put the effort over the top.
"My childhood dreams and fantasies came from the movies, and the images created in Hollywood had a major influence on my life and Playboy," Hefner said.

"They've been hanging out with a lot of the other Playmates, and they see these girls traveling across the country to do promotion," he said. "They would like to be doing that, too."
Hef, 83, says his relationship with girlfriend Crystal Harris has been getting "more serious," but no, wedding bells aren't likely. "I haven't had a lot of luck with marriage."

According to E! News, ex-girlfriends Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt made sure to give the big boss their own gift.
“I haven’t seen him since I left the mansion,” said Madison.
Holly threw a poolside birthday bash at the Palms Place Pool, Kendra Wilkinson presented him with a thoughtful birthday card, and Bridget Marquardt performed a rendition of “Happy Birthday” at the Moon Nightclub.
“As you can tell I am very, very happy to celebrate my birthday with new girlfriends and former girlfriends,” said Hefner. “It’s perfect, its wonderful, I’ve had a life well-lived with so much satisfaction, I enjoy just looking back.”

If Kate takes Hugh up on his offer she would follow in the footsteps of Marilyn Monroe, Sharon Stone, Pamela Anderson and Charlize Theron.
The 82-year-old Playboy boss told a newspaper: "There's no question we would be interested in Kate.
"It's a competitive market, more than it used to be, so she would be a most welcome addition in our pages."
Kate has been filmed topless in many of her movies, including Academy Award victors The Reader and Titanic.
But she has vowed to never again appear naked on screen again, for fears of being typecast.
She said: "I don't want to be known as that actress who gets her kit off."

Kendra Reveals to US Weekly Magazine that she would occasionally have to have sex with Playboy boss and popular 'pimp' Hugh Hefner:
"I had to have sex every now and then, so I had to kind of sneak it."
Kendra also revealed that Hef, who she saw only about once a week, gave the ladies 1,000 a week in allowance money: "I hate putting my hand out, but we couldn't have jobs other than getting appearance fees."
Kendra also revealed: "Hef was kind of like my best friend, but a sugar daddy at the same time...Hef made me feel beautiful."
