Katherine Heigl was spotted on location for the film in Greenwich, Connecticut earlier today (August 1).
The former "Grey's Anatomy" actress sported a curly blonde coif, white blazer and white, pink and black dress for her role in the 2012 flick, which also stars Robert De Niro, Robin Williams and Amanda Seyfried.
Even in the back of a taxi, the 32-year-old can be seen puffing away on her trusty stick.
The actress is on holiday in Miami with her husband Josh Kelley, and cuts a rare sight on the non-smoking beaches with a cigarette elegantly protruding from those picture-perfect lips.
But all is not what it seems, because the Knocked Up star is using her handy "smokestick" electric cigarette accessory.

Katherine Heigl has heated up the Miami Beach during a vacation with husband Josh Kelley and friends. The actress, who has recently finished filming "New Year's Eve" in New York City, flaunted her sexy curves as she stripped down to a bikini when hitting the beaches in Miami, Florida on Friday.
Soaking up the sun, the former "Grey's Anatomy" star sported a black two piece swimsuit with a black and white sarong. She was spotted taking a dip in the ocean, applying sun tan lotion on her husband's shoulder and enjoying some light reading. Her two-year-old adopted daughter Naleigh was nowhere to be seen.
The 31-year-old star was reportedly enjoying some time in her hot tub at her Los Angeles home with husband Josh Kelley when their neighbour started shouting at them over the fence that they were making a disturbance.
According to TMZ, their security guard then told police and officers turned up at around 10pm on Monday (Oct 11).
The police officers reportedly entered their home and spoke with the pair, who told them that the neighbour has had issues with other residents about noise.
The officers later left after coming to the conclusion that they hadn't committed a crime.

About her role in Life As We Know It : “My experience as Holly in this movie was my experience as Katie in real life. There’s this thing where, as a new mother, you’re just constantly going, Am I doing this right? Am I handling this right? Am I playing with her enough? Should I be talking to her more? You’re just nervous, so you’re almost creating more drama than is necessary.”
About adopting daughter Naleigh: “[Husband Josh Kelley] and I had been talking about adopting for a year before it actually happened. I had spoken to him about it before we got engaged because I wanted to be sure we were on the same page-not everybody feels the way I do about adoption.” (Heigl’s parents adopted her older sister, Margaret Leigh, from Korea.) “I don’t know why it was so important for me to do it before we had biological children, but I felt like I had been waiting for and dreaming about [daughter] Naleigh for a long time.”

Katherine Heigl looks nothing short of amazing on the cover of the new Harper’s Bazaar magazine.
The “21 Dresses” babe told the mag she’s always been one for speaking her mind, regardless of the possible problems it might create.
“I spent so many years just saying what I felt without thinking about the ramifications, without understanding that I have this opinion but not everyone might share that opinion and now they don’t like me because of it. That was really awkward"
Ms. Heigl continued, “I was really raised with the idea that it’s important to be honest and to share your experiences, both disappointing and exhilarating. But sometimes I think the American public just wants to see my life a good fortune. They don’t want to know about the day-to-day. It ruins the fantasy. It’s lame to say that I’m a normal girl, but I think I am.”
As for the Tinseltown baby fashion trends, Katherine lamented, “Dude, I try, but I’m not nailing the baby fashion. It’s intimidating. I get beautiful outfits from Gap and baby Juicy, but I’m not layering it or putting her in Prada flats. It’s really stressing me out.”

There's nothing worse than a wardrobe mishap, especially if you're in the public eye - even more so if you're on stage in front of a live audience.
Sadly for Katherine Heigl, fate struck a cruel blow as she was handed the Female Star Of The Year Award at the ShoWest convention held in Las Vegas.
The actress, who was honoured for her work on films including 27 Dresses and The Ugly Truth, faced an embarrassing situation when one of the straps broke on her stunning red dress right in the middle of her acceptance speech.
With one side of her chest close to being completely exposed Miss Heigl floundered and had difficulty continuing her speech.
That was until host Billy Bush stepped in and saved the day, holding her strap in place and giving the actress the chance to say a few words without worry of showing too much flesh.
After receiving her award, she went backstage and found a pin to secure the strap before heading to the photographers' enclosure to show off her new award.

'Grey's Anatomy' star Katherine Heigl and her husband, musician Josh Kelley, have released the first pictures of their baby daughter, Nancy Leigh.
A statement accompanying the photos on the website of Heigl's charity, the Jason Heigl Foundation, reads: "Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley have adopted a 10-month-old baby girl from Korea.
"Katherine and Josh have named their daughter Nancy Leigh and she will go by the nickname Naleigh.
"She is named after Katherine's mother Nancy and Katherine's sister Margaret Leigh.
"Katherine, Josh and Naleigh are together and doing well."
