Katy Perry looked toned and relaxed as she showed off her hourglass figure in a simple bikini in Turkey.
The popstar looked downright normal in the blue two-piece which was without the razzle dazzle of her stage costumes.
The singer, who was spotted topping up her tan alongside a mystery man, revealed on Twitter that it meant her 'worst nightmare' would come true after travelling to Turkey.
She tweeted: 'My glittery new outfits r stuck @ customs in Turkey.
'They won't release them! My biggest nightmare is coming true. Wearing an outfit twice.'
The 24-year-old sent the tweet just hours before she was due to perform last night at the True Blue Open Air Venue in the capital Istanbul.

But Katy Perry has revealed that she can't stop thinking about her favourite foods, even saying they have a 'sexual' attraction.
And to prove a point the 24-year-old posted a picture on her Twitter page which showed her naked in a bath, with her modesty preserved by a tray of half-eaten pizza.
After being confined to her bed for three days with a bout of the flu the I Kissed A Girl singer wrote: 'Why is it that after not eating for three days all i can think of is food... food is smiling at me... luring me with sexual seduction.'
Questioned by her fans she then revealed: 'Few of my fave things: BBQ chicken chop at CPK Chinese, chicken salad at Chinchins, Rock shrimp & yellow tail sashimi at Nobu, Crispy beef at Mr.Chow's, endive salad at Le Petite, four curry chicken salad at Urth Cafe, my beloved double double at INnOut.
'Don't hate on Jack's Spicy Chicken sandwich! ...I almost forgot... that damn crunch wrap supreme at Taco Bell. Okay that's all for now.'
Of course, slim Katy probably doesn't indulge in her favourite foods all that often.
She also posted a picture of herself altered to show how she might look if she did, labelling it 'future me'.
Her fans mostly reacted positively to the oversized Katy.
She wrote: 'More people are saying 'I'd still hit it' to the future me than the me now. damn. Super size it!'

Katy Perry's representatives are attempting to block an Australian fashion designer from trade-marking her clothing range with the brand name Katie Perry.
The designer, who started her high-end Katie Perry loungewear label two years ago, initiated a trademark application in September 2008 and recently opened her first outlet in Sydney. But she was hit with a cease-and-desist order from representatives of the EMI-signed artist, in an attempt to halt the "similar name" being used in connection with the clothing label.
The Australian businesswoman was born Katie Jane Perry, but sometimes goes by the name Katie Howell.
EMI said in a statement Thursday that a "routine notice letter was sent to Ms. Howell, as is customary in trademark practice, alerting her of Ms. Perry's intended application" for trademark protection down under.
The American pop singer, whose real name is Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, has become a mainstream star in Australia, scoring a No. 1 hit last year with "I Kissed A Girl" and winning best newcomer at the MTV Australia Awards in March. Her follow-up "Hot N Cold" reached No. 4. She is scheduled to begin in Australian tour on Brisbane on August 12.

The 'Waking Up in Vegas' singer - who recently reconciled with her boyfriend, Gym Class Heroes rocker Travis McCoy after a four-month split - prefers her cat Kitty Purry to men because their relationship will never make the cover of gossip magazines.
Katy Perry said: "I'm a bit obsessed with my cat. She's my substitute boyfriend. It's pretty funny that I can't go for dinner with someone and not be sleeping with them. That's one of the unfair things. I have iChat dates, those are fun."

The singer is known for her quirky style and she was certainly on form at this weekend's Capital FM Summertime Ball at the Emirates Stadium.
Fair play to Katy for going all out with the sunny theme but perhaps she needs a few lessons on our British summertime.
This outfit shows off her gorgeous figure however she looks like she's stepped straight out of the 50s but forgot to bring her pool and sun lounger.

“I worked at this place called Taxi, Taxi Music, where I would sit with headphones and a computer, and I would listen to music that people would send in from all around the country so they could get a critique on it and how to make it in the music industry. So you have to imagine how depressed I was after not making it in LA after five years, knowing everyone in the music industry couldn’t get a break, and sitting in this cubicle, listening to the worst music I’ve ever heard. I would tell these people ‘Well you have to change these chords’ or ‘This is how you contact a record label.’ And I was just like, I cannot give these people hope. I had no hope [myself.]”
On what the record labels thought of her:
“They wanted me to be like someone else who was popular at the time, like Avril Lavigne or Kelly Clarkson. No offense to them at all, because they have their own lane, but I desperately wanted my own lane. It took five years to convince people to let me do it.”
On what her life was like before she made it big:
“It was five years of living in L.A. with no money, writing bad checks, selling my clothes to make rent, borrowing money. Just trying to keep up with the Joneses. It was super-draining, but I knew inside it was going to happen. I was at least going to get my chance. I always say, ‘Step up to the plate and swing.’ It was up to me If I was going to hit that ball and run.”
On being a role model:
“I think that [Miley (Cyrus) and the Jonas Brothers] set out to be role models, and I think, I at least hope they know what they’re doing. Because once you say you’re a role model, you’re under a microscope and everyone is waiting and watching for you to do something, you know? And then there’s this big pointing-of-the-finger thing. I mean, they have purpose being role models and having the promise ring thing. But it’s not for everyone.”

Katy Perry is about to perform on "American Idol," but first Danny Gokey says what we've all been thinking -- "there's been enough commercials, enough suspense -- I just want to get it over."
Then Katy comes out in some Vegas showgirl version of Elvis' getups, singing "Waking Up in Vegas." She looks totally ridiculous, like she's a cartoon character or something; also her outfit doesn't fit her that well.
Perry is now wearing a ring on her finger that she believes will protect her from Swine Flu. She says swine flu is super trendy right now, and she wants to be in on the crazy. The ring is of a flying pig which she purchased while in Miami, Fla.
