Lauren Conrad’s on the November cover of Women’s Health but instead of doling out diet and exercise tips, LC’s dispensing the kind of advice she’s known for: fashion.
For example: “There’s no better ally for a girl than a great belt,” she says. “Not only does it highlight the waist, but in this age of the voluminous top, it’s the best way to tackle all that extra fabric, which can overwhelm a lot of figures.”
And: “I like to wear a shrunken blazer or leather jacket with a formal dress. It updates the entire look, making it a bit different from the standard fare.”
"[I'm] watching old Hills [episodes]," Montag, 23, Tweeted Wednesday. "I miss you @AudrinaPatridge and most of all @laurenconrad."
Montag, who recently Tweeted she "has no friends," reportedly changed her phone number and has had no contact with any of her Hills cast mates (besides Pratt, with whom she shares custody of their dogs) since she finished filming the show.
Montag did not appear in the final episode of The Hills.
A rep for Conrad did not return a request for comment, and because Patridge is out of the country, her rep says she cannot be reached.

Lauren Conrad was spotted signing copies of her new book “Sweet Little Lies” at Barnes & Noble in Los Angeles’ Grove shopping center last night (February 18).
The “Hills” babe looked to be in good spirits as she chatted with the crowd, sporting a black top, grey shorts, and black peep-toe heels.
Of her second bestselling novel, Lauren told press, “It’s so gratifying for my second book to be so successful and it was so fun to write! The characters were already developed so I really enjoyed the process so much more this time around. All the characters have become like my friends now.”
Lauren Conrad give all the credit for her success as an author to her fans. “I’m just so thankful to my fans. I just can’t believe it.”
It looks to me like all those long nights pretending to be a celebrity on her fake reality TV show have finally paid off for Lauren Conrad. Here she is managing to block a perfectly good opportunity for an upskirt picture like a seasoned veteran.
