TMZ reports that the men's magazine has put up a payment of $75,000 for the "Un Dia Lelgara" songwriter to be photographed "fully nude".
It is thought that Playboy is prepared to give the musician the cover image on an upcoming edition to entice her to accept the offer.
It is not yet known whether Grigorieva is considering the proposition.

Rumors had swilled that Gibson was to be cast in a cameo role as a tattoo artist in the film, however, after tension on the set proved to be the breaking point, director Todd Phillips confirmed that Gibson’s cameo had indeed been cancelled (in no small part, due to the protest of cast member Zach Galifianakis).
Variety is now reporting that Neeson has indeed taken the cameo from Gibson, with the actor confirming;
"I just got a call to do a one day shoot on ‘Hangover 2′ as a tattooist in Thailand, and that’s all I know about it."

Foster tells Extra that Gibson, who's been involved in a bitter public feud with ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, is an "incredible and loyal friend" who will hopefully emerge soon from his "rough time."
"He is incredibly loved by everyone that's ever come into contact with him or works with him," Foster says. "He is truly the most loved man in the film business, so, hopefully that stands for something."

The tape of the rant, which has not been made public, was obtained by RadarOnline. The website reported Thursday that in it, Gibson tells his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva that "the way she was dressed would get her ‘raped by a pack of n------."
According to the website, another tirade includes threats that Gibson would "burn the f------ house down," among other things.

Did Mel Gibson cheat on Oksana Grigorieva while she was pregnant with his child? That's what's been claimed by adult film producer Violet Kowal, who told her story recently in the National Enquirer. Mel's rep has dismissed the claims, but Kowal is said to have passed a lie detector test.
The 26-year-old told the tabloid: "Mel's breakup with Oksana doesn't surprise me at all. Clearly, Mel can't commit to just one woman."
Kowal says the affair went on for three months, during which time they would meet at Mel's house in Malibu and his office in Santa Monica. She added, "Mel's great in bed! It was the best sex I've ever had!"

The singer/former model filed suit against Samuel Oriti on Tuesday at a Los Angeles court claiming the photographer agreed not to distribute the images to anyone outside of the lingerie company she believed she was modeling for.
The shoot took place in 2004, with Oriti claiming he was in the middle of agreeing a deal with a well-known underwear retailer. Grigorieva agreed to do the shoot for the company on the strength of the snapper's reputation, according to Radaronline.com.
However, despite reportedly agreeing not to distribute the sexy snaps, Oriti allegedly sold them after Grigorieva became well-known as Gibson's new lover.

Gibson confirmed that 39-year-old Grigorieva is pregnant on Monday night's airing of NBC's "Tonight" show with Jay Leno.
