Mischa Barton seems to have been too busy learning her lines to remember to wear a bra as she shows the world she's back at work and looking better than ever.
After being admitted to a psychiatric hospital last month, the actress looks back close to her best, having gone from ultra-skinny to bloated in a matter of months.
Clutching an iced fruit drink as she nipped out to the set of The Beautiful Life, the 23-year-old looked happy and confident with her new look, even if she had left little to the imagination.

Looks like Mischa Barton has had better summers, what with the still-unexplained, forced hospitalization in July.
Mischa Barton is all smiles as she is greeted by photographers for the first time since being committed to a psychiatric ward at a Los Angeles hospital.
Looking healthier than she has in a very long time, the actress was snapped arriving at LAX airport, and then again on touching down at JFK in New York on Tuesday, pooch in tow.
Gone was the pale and bloated Mischa that we've been used to seeing over the past few months, and in its place was a person more closely resembling the fresh-faced beauty from the OC.
She was later spotted smoking outside a building in SoHo so she hasn't given up all of her bad habits.
Mischa was taken from her home by police on July 16 and reportedly placed on involuntary psychiatric hold at Cedars Sinai Medical Centre.
It's been suggested the British-born star suffered meltdown following an extended period of 'hard-partying', but the official explanation is still that she sought treatment for a vague "medical issue".
On Monday, a spokeperson for Mischa confirmed she was out of hospital and "doing well."
Her rep Craig Schneider added that she is hoping to start work on new TV drama The Beautiful Life as planned later this month.
He said: "That's the intention, (but) it hasn't been in production yet."
Whatever the reason for her hospital stay, it appears to have done her the world of good, judging by these photos.
In The Beautiful Life Mischa is set to play Sonja Stone, a catwalk beauty addicted to pills.
Spokesman Craig Schneider tells the media that the 23-year-old actress is "still seeking treatment but making improvements."

Actress Mischa Barton has lashed out at reports her "medical issue" last week was sparked by a three-day cocaine binge, with her representative branding the rumors "preposterous."
The 23-year-old was allegedly placed on involuntary psychiatric hold on Thursday, after suffering a meltdown and calling cops to her Los Angeles home the night before.
A spokesperson for the former "The O.C." star has confirmed Barton received help for a "medical issue," but has refused to comment further.
The silence prompted claims Barton had been hospitalized after feeling "suicidal" following three days of hard partying.
A source told the New York Post's gossip column Page Six, "She's in very bad shape. She's running out of money and can't find love, so now she is looking for a good time to escape her misery. She is on a downward spiral. She is a mess. She is a suicidal, uninsurable mess."
However, Barton's rep has slammed the drug claims, telling OK! magazine the reports are "completely preposterous."
The denial follows reports the star's mystery illness has pushed back production on her new TV program "The Beautiful Life," which was scheduled to begin on Wednesday.

Mischa Barton says people think her fashion sense is "nuts".
The former 'O.C.' actress loves taking risks with her outfits, but admits her efforts are not always well-received.
She said: "A few years ago people thought I was nuts for wearing headbands and fringing, but things I have been into have kind of become more popular recently.
"I grew up with pictures of Marianne Faithfull and Anita Pallenberg on my wall, they have always been my style. I am a weird replica of the 70s! But it is cool to see that it is back on trend."
Mischa - who was born in London before her parents moved to the US when she was five - enjoys spending time in the UK because people are more accepting of what she chooses to wear.
She explained: "What is nice about fashion in Britain is that you get to be more eccentric and a bit more yourself. In the States they don't like it when you look too different."
The 23-year-old star has also urged women to discover their own personal style.
Mischa said: "It is about experimenting by mixing and matching to develop your own look. You should try to wear something that embodies your sense of style. I think it is bad to wear head to toe all one look."
