Mischa Barton, was hospitalized yesterday after suffering an adverse reaction to medication.
Barton, who has been sick with bronchitis since traveling to Cannes, London and Paris in the past several weeks, was at a BBQ party this week-end, when she started feeling very ill!
It seems Barton, who is on Antibiotics, enjoyed a few alcohol cocktails with her friends at the party ... but no one told Mischa that when you're on Antibiotics, never drink alcohol!
Mischa was taken immediately to a hospital in L.A. & has been there since.
She is with family & is reportedly feeling better.

I guess Hania (19) is tad bit jealous her sister Mischa Barton (21) receiving all the attention all the time, so she started acting out hoping to get some attention away from her big sister by binge drinking which put her in rehab.

Fender bender between friends.
Mischa Barton supposedly caused a fender bender to Nicole Richie's Mercedes jeep.
Barton borrowed Richie's car and was driving it on L.A. Sunset Boulevard over last weekend, when she accidentally collided with another car that happened to be in front of her.
No one was hurt. All information was exchanged and that lucky bumped car could get a sweet deal from Barton, maybe.

It\'s not true that Mischa Barton leaving Cisco after being exposed.
Cisco Adler and Mischa Barton are still a couple despite the rumors that they broke up over a nude picture exposed of Cisco.
"They're very happy," a rep for Contango Records, the label that handles Adler's band, Whitestarr, tells PEOPLE.
Of course Barton, was not thrilled when the picture was exposed on Web site ParisExposed.com
Alder explains the situation, "I think it was actually worse for Mischa than for me in a lot of ways. So, I'm going to try to keep my pants on from now on."
