The 31-year-old wore a tribal print yellow, black and white maxi dress that was so low-cut it displayed the entirety of her bikini top.

Paris Hilton celebrated Independence Day a little early - on Friday the hotel heiress moved into her Malibu Beach summer home and on Saturday she threw a 4th of July beach party.

Paris explains, "I lost my grandmother to multiple sclerosis so this cause is something very close to my heart. I believe that they will find a cure if everyone does their part."
