The rock matriarch, who commanded huge salaries from judging stints on talent contests The X Factor and America's Got Talent in 2007, did not pay her tax bill of $436,026.
State officials then fined her $50,000 for the missed payment.
And despite handing over the huge sum, the star still has an outstanding debt of $23,000 resulting from the fine.

The Sun agreed to pay undisclosed damages and Osbourne's legal costs.
Osbourne took the paper to Britain's High Court over an October 2007 story that claimed she was "driving her frail husband Ozzy Osbourne to destruction."
Her lawyer, John Kelly, said the unfounded allegations were "extremely distressing, hurtful and damaging."
The Sun's lawyer, Patrick Callaghan, said the newspaper sincerely apologized and accepted that the claims were untrue.

The former reality TV star is convinced television has taken a turn for the worse, despite her ongoing role as judge on hit U.S. series America's Got Talent, claiming newer shows have become havens for talentless celebrities.
Osbourne, who became a household name after appearing in fly-on-the-wall show The Osbournes, says: "They are all train wrecks.
"All it is now is a lot of lower-rung celebrities that they've turned into bad actors. None of it is real."

The reality TV star, Sharon Osbourne has been crowned Britain’s 'Celebrity Mum Of The Year', beating Jordan, Kate Moss who came in second and third runner up.
The 53 year-old star, has overcome colon cancer in recent years and seen Jack and Kelly through their addiction problems. The wife of rocker Ozzy, parenting talents have also been well documented on reality TV series 'The Osbournes', which first aired four years ago.

What a mum of the year?! 3 kids...none of whom graduated high school...2 of whom entered rehab before their 18th birthdays.
