Shauna Sand is the latest celebrity to be embroiled in a sex tape row.
The former Playboy Playmate is trying to block a hardcore porn tape acquired by Vivid Entertainment featuring her and an ex-boyfriend.
Sand admitted that she did make the tape but is fighting tooth and nail to stop the porn giants from releasing it.
She said: "Yes, I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact, I've made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn't sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now."
However, Vivid boss Steven Hirsch argues that he's legally entitled to sell the tape, set for release on October 19.
He said: "We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it... We're comfortable with our legal position in releasing this footage."
Sand, 38, became Playboy Playmate of the Month for May 1996 after doing a test shoot for Hugh Hefner.
She has also appeared on TV shows such as Charmed and Renegade, as well as comedy movie The Deviants.

American actress and Playboy playmate Shauna Sand is said to be fighting to stop the release of a porn video she had made with her boyfriend earlier this year.
Sand, 38, said the explicit video, which is set to be released by Vivid Entertainment, had been obtained illegally, and that the company's bosses have no legal right to distribute the racy footage.
"Yes, I did make a sex tape with my boyfriend earlier this year. In fact, I've made several sex tapes, but I certainly didn't sign off on this and Vivid has no right to put it out. I am trying to get a hold of my attorney now," the Daily Telegraph quoted her as telling TMZ.com.
Sand wants to block the adult footage from being released to the public, but Vivid boss Steven Hirsch is confident his company has done nothing wrong.
"We were approached by a third party, who brought us footage of Shauna having sex with her current boyfriend and we were immediately interested in acquiring it," he said. "We're comfortable with out legal position in releasing this footage," he added.
