The Italian actress – her motto of successful beauty - "life, spaghetti, and the odd bath in virgin olive oil"! She shoved over Cameron Diaz and Johnny Depp to the bottom of the list and George Clooney came in second.

Loren has always turned down cosmetic surgery on her nose, that is why she's so famous for her beauty. The Archbishop of Genoa has joked of his opposition to cloning: "An exception might be made in the case of Sophia Loren." Reported BBC News.
