A sex tape featuring the R&B singer and his now ex-wife Tameka Foster is currently being hawked to media outlets.
Usher believes the tape could be one of the items that was stolen from his car during a robbery in 2009, according to TMZ.com.
In December 2009 Usher reported $1 million worth of belongings were stolen from his car, including two laptop computers and jewellery.
Sources close to the singer told TMZ they believe the X-rated tape may have been among the stolen items.
The celebrity website was sent a clip of the alleged tape and confirm that it is indeed Usher and Foster, 40.

After plucking one lucky lady out of the crowd, and laying her down on top of him on a reclining chair, Usher kissed and hugged the deliriously happy fan. But, when the girl tried to reposition herself, she accidentally gave the sexy singer a stiletto in the face!
Usher was a great sport and brushed off the kick to the head with a joke, while the embarrassed fan apologized profusely and did her best to make it all better. We're sorry, of course, that Usher got a little banged up, but since he's fine, we feel okay about laughing about the incident.

Raymond v Raymond was Usher's third straight No. 1 album, selling 329,000 copies last week. Bieber's album also performed impressively, selling 291,000 copies in its second week, a 3% increase from the previous week.

Court documents confirm that a Fulton County, Georgia judge issued a final decree Wednesday, severing ties between Usher Raymond IV and Tameka Foster Raymond, the singer's former stylist.
The beginning of the end of their marriage was marked by two different sides of the story. In June of this year, Usher filed for divorce, citing "no reasonable hope of reconciliation," adding that they had been separated since July 2008.
His then-wife disagreed in subsequent court documents, claiming that she "had every reason to believe her marriage was intact," noting that they had been "intimate" earlier that month.

The former stylist, 38, was due to have cosmetic surgery at a hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil, when she was taken ill.
"Tameka Raymond came here on Friday to do a liposuction," Ellen Dasptry, a rep for the surgeon who was due to perform the operation, tells People.
"Shortly after she went under [general] anesthesia, she suffered a cardiac arrest. When an attack like this happens, the doctors put the patient to sleep and make sure that everything is okay and that there has not been any damage. This is the protocol every time and this is what was done."

Usher and his wife, Tameka, are celebrating the birth of Naviyd Ely Raymond. The infant arrived early Wednesday, weighing 5 pounds, 13 ounces.
A statement from the couple released Thursday read: "Tameka and the baby are doing fine."
This is the second child for the couple, who were married in August 2007. Their first boy, Usher Raymond V, was born last November.
Tameka Raymond has three children from a previous marriage.

The couple welcomed their first child, Usher Raymond V, in November 2007. Since then, Usher, 29, has spoken publicly about how much he loves being a dad.
"I'm so proud to be a father by the time I'm 30. I'd hate to be 80 years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do flips when they're in high school!" the rapper told Essence magazine.
The news will come of particular interest to the many who claimed the couple's marriage has been on the rocks and that the pair only married because Tameka was pregnant.
"The mass media has painted a wrong picture," Usher responded to these claims. "They think it was forced. I've heard a lot of comments like, 'Oh, she trapped him.' 'He got a baby by her, and then she's married and she's set for life.' No. She wasn't pregnant when I asked her to marry me."
Usher's representatives are yet to comment on the rumor.

So the question is, are there any guys out there who'll be feeling left out if Ush does, in fact, bar men from the shows?
